We had a fantastic time! We felt so spoiled when introduced to this hotels "turning down" of the rooms. Now our expectations are much higher for a resort. Thank you kindly!

The air conditioning did not work in my room and I had to call 3 times the first night about it. First, they said it can be centrally controlled and they would set the temperature to cool—I waited almost two hours with no change, then, called again, they sent Engineering up who said the filters were totally clogged and changed them, two hours later no change in temperature—it’s 2am at this point—I call and they offer to bring fans or that I had to pack up my things and change rooms. Horrible night. I ultimately changed rooms (down grade from my club level) where I was parking garage adjacent and a car alarm went off all night. The new room, at 2:30am, an engineer walked right in to change filters—not a great feeling for a single woman traveling. The only positive of the trip was the club lounge that had attentive service. The stay was horrible. All the rooms are loud like there’s no barrier btw the hotel and outside traffic, voices, and noise.

We stayed in a club room that allowed for Club Access. Highly recommend this route! Food (and the views) in the Club was amazing and it was the extra special touch. Pool was also great - huge! And the staff were all friendly. Beds were comfortable, great view from the room. Best shower I’ve ever had in a hotel. 5 stars!
