I enjoyed my stay at the intercontinental hotel. The facility was excellent and the staff also provided excellent services. I would definitely stay there again in the future. I give this hotel a 4.5 stars.

Hotel is beautiful in a great location in the heart of Chicago. Service was good. Rooms are very small with no working desk for the business traveler. Also, parking is a nightmare. Only option is valet parking and it is $85.00 per night. The drop off location where you leave your car for valet, is very chaotic.
