The property smell throughout Chinese strong smell , even in the breakfast restaurant the smell was too strong that I had to leave and have my breakfast outside

Our room was located directly behind the elevator shaft, so we could hear the elevator going up and down all night long.

Good location. Bathroom had no towel bars & the outlet didn’t work.

very impressed with this Holiday Inn Express. everything seemed updated, modern, clean. rooms were small but immaculate. BEST SHOWERS EVER! Great breakfast and the coffee was incredible! Lots of nods to the its former name, the Hotel Cass. Great neighborhood, convenient to everything. I really enjoyed my visit to Chicago!
