The room was like a loft which was cool. Good price for the location.

Breakfast option was not really what I’d consider breakfast it was prepackaged sandwiches I could have used that extra money for coffee or something real to eat. Hotel double charged me for parking. Employee’s were awesome very nice and accommodating! Wires were crossed and rude member of housekeeping knocked on my door stating I didn’t have late check out and owed $150 she was loud and wrong and issued no apology as it was embarrassing to be but other then that it was agreat stay! Location employees decor and room itself was good

The staff was mostly unhelpful. The nicest people were the valet, bartenders, maintenance and the DJ. You really don't get much for your money and it is not as super fancy/modern as they say. I would never stay there again. Small rooms, barely amenities, 12 channels on the TV, have to use your card for everything, staff is indifferent.. no thanks when you can go across the street for a better stay at the same price.

Great location. Average hotel. Some staff were extremely friendly and polite while others seemed like they would rather be elsewhere. The person who checked us in was not inviting, was very quiet, and just seemed like he didn't want to be working front desk. We checked in on a Wednesday so it wasn't super busy. Rooms are average. The bathroom door is terrible, it is a barn style door that is loud to open and close. Sitting on the bed I could see through the crack of the door into the bathroom and because of the mirror reflecting, I could see everything except the toilet. The lobby is a nice set up and my daughters loved the robot. Valet is quick and friendly.
