This was a really nice hotel in a great area with tons of restaurants, well lit up streets and easy walking in the downtown River North area. The hotel itself was lively on the ground floor with its bar and restaurant and the room was clean and well laid out and quiet overall The bed/pillows were really, really comfortable. I would stay here again anytime.

If you’re not into sleeping and like a lumpy bed on a trip and enjoy noise of hearing fire trucks, loud music and cars all night until 3a, this is the place for you. I would not recommend this hotel.

Property was clean. Check-in was fast checkout was easy. Staff was super friendly and helpful and prompt. That was very comfortable.

The property is conveniently located near numerous restaurants. The staff was extremely friendly. However, the room was very dusty!!! There was pet dander all over the towels, blankets, and floor. Every day, I bought Claritin from the front desk. I inquired about getting another room because of this, and was told there were none available that were similar to the one I was currently in. I was told they would send housekeeping to my room, but they never arrived. I believe that if hotels allow pets, they must ensure that the room is thoroughly cleaned before the next guest arrives. I was unable to sleep comfortably throughout my stay due to severe allergy attacks. If you have allergies to pets, dust, etc. PLEASE FIND OTHER ACCOMMODATIONS.
