Staff ( owner) cheated rate of currency exchange ended up over charged huge amount. And she intentionally changed from initial assignment to other room where it’s impossible to sleep without air conditioning. Upon requested, other room was assigned with extra charge. I feel being ripped up by this hotel or owner. Americans need caution. Prepare Peruvian cash before enter. She did not like credit card payments. I want to go back to claim my change but i do not want to see her face again. Use others even with more money.

Posted 13 Dec 2023 on HotelsThis was a very nice place to stay. Pool was very nice and lounge chairs under shade. Hotel location was terrific. Staff at reception vry acomodating. Breakfast simple but nice enough. Breakfast staff excellent considering language issues.

We enjoyed our brief stay here. Location is great near the plaza, the staff whilst only spoke limited English were friendly and helpful and the room was comfortable. The courtyard and pool area was lovely to relax in too.

Immaculate hotel in the center of Nazca. Excellent rooms, well-kept grounds including a pool. Massive secure parking area. Super-friendly staff. Only negative was the terrible wifi (not just slow, but misconfigured so it only worked half the time without a hack from someone with tech knowhow).

The rooms are clean and the pool is a refreshing oasis after being out in Nazca. The staff were both friendly and flexible. My family would definitely stay here again.

This is a very pretty little property with clean and simple rooms. The front staff went above and beyond to look after us. She changed our room type to one that was more comfortable and had air conditioning. Very kind people.
