"It was ok until our room had an aircond leak which was rectified but yet again leaked. Imagine more than twice hotel maintenance had to resolve the issue by entering our room. Other than that staff was pleasant and stay was ok."

"Great hotel! Grand and inviting lobby. The doorman was really friendly as were check in staff. The room was spacious as was the bathroom. The bed was comfy and the linen clean. The pool was very nice with great lookout especially during sunset. We enjoyed the breakfast with a good variety and tasty dishes, it was nicely laid out. They have coin laundry (purchase token at reception) which was very handy for us. Location was OK, we mostly caught grab to places so was fine. "
"This hotel maintains a good management of G Hotel team but with a more affordable rate. It is still close to the two major shopping malls. The amenities were good and the rooms were nice. We truly enjoyed our stay. "

The only concern I encountered was the lack of consistent hot water in the showers, which I have also experienced during previous visits. I hope the hotel will take this into consideration and address the issue. Aside from that, the property remains an excellent choice and a truly enjoyable place to stay in Penang."

"Sound proofing of room not very good, can hear sound of firecrackers and traffics at night during week of Deepavali. Room is clean and spacious, there is also water dispenser on every floor. Lots of dinning and grocery options available nearby."
