FILTHY! FILTHY! FILTHY! Nastiest place I’ve ever stared. No towels, shaved hair in the sink and the room was not vacuumed, just darn nasty.

My check in was not smooth, because Expedia kept the money paid to them, but did not pay the hotel. When I went to check in at 2 am.... the hotel was trying to charge me for funds they never got from Expedia. I was able to show them where it was taken out of my account. The front desk staff had to eeach out to Expedia. My check in took about 45 minutes. Again... thos was at 2am after a 4 hour driven so you cam imagine my frustration.

1st room was dirty & stunk like smoke & cheap perfume. Staff switched after complaint and second room was almost as bad. Filthy with crumbs & nasty conditions. I was afraid of bed bugs so I checked thoroughly but sheets actually weren’t too bad. Overall it’s a run down, dirty place in need of major paint & upgrade.
