I reserved the handicap room for my wife due to a picture showing a handicap shower bench built into the shower. Only to get there and not have one.

The location was very convenient for all our needs. My husband & family said the breakfast was good. There's a DOG that lives in the hotel. There were dirty socks under the bathroom sink. Dusty. They never made up our beds. The front desk manager (white female) very rude. I was trying to check out on Monday, waited for someone to appear for over 8 minutes. I went back to room & called and called, no answer. I finally call the main hotel number and someone answered and said they would be right there.

We arrived at check in time and had to wait for our room to be ready for about 15 minutes. They were not busy so it was surprising that we had to wait extra time. The bedroom was nice and bed was comfy. Hot water in the shower took a long time to heat up, I finished my shower before it actually got hot. All around it was ok but most likely won’t stay at this location at again.

You can tell it’s been renovated, the bathroom was clean but needs to be throughly cleaned. There was mold in our air conditioner on the vents. The ice machine didn’t work on the 2 floor. The bed is a medium hard, it’s comfy but lil hard. Overall rating probably a 5/10.

Hotel and room were clean, great breakfast as usual for BW. My only 2 complaints were:
The beds were so hard and uncomfortable.
The pool was closed. I booked this hotel because it had a pool, my whole family was looking forward to spending time hanging out by the pool all weekend. We check in, change into our bathing suits, only for it to be closed the whole time we’re there. I contacted Expedia, who was extremely helpful trying to cancel my stay, but BW would only cancel my Saturday reservation, not Friday. I’ll definitely think twice before staying with any BW again.
