Everything in the room was in good shape. Hot breakfast was good. The view of the river from the nearby walking trail was quite nice.

This property is clearly an older property. It is in a beautiful location. The breakfast staff was so friendly!
Here are a few things that are questionable.
There is a $14.95 value package fee added to each day of your stay. Who knows what for. The breakfast is ok served on paper Plates with disposable utensils.
The room itself was clean looking but upon further inspection was actually unclean. We found actual trash - a q-tip under the sink are stuck to the wall in the bathroom, a cap to a bottle of coffee mate on the floor under the comforter. Additional random pieces of paper etc, on the floor. It needs updating.
Our room view said “historic view. “ it’s a parking lot.
Our first night’s rate was $117 and the second night was $207. Both said rate of the day. It was a Tuesday and a Wednesday??? Who know why it’s doubled and then add the “value package” for an unreasonable rate.
There are many other choices in this town. Better options out there. We’ll stay at a local B&B next time.

Always clean and the teception is great. Only problem today was the one guy service breakfast got a nasty attitude with some out of state folks

We’ve stayed at this hotel many times. It is definitely showing its age and lack of maintenance. Dirty baseboards, peeling wallpaper, the decorative pieces on the windows coming loose, dirty windows, dirty exterior, faucets covered in water residue, knicks in walls. This hotel will no longer be our first choice. Hopefully repairs and regular maintenance will be done to improve the property.

One of the best breakfast we had on our trip. It was buffet style and the staff were friendly and attentive. There was a large group touring and I thought there would be no food left by 8:00 but they had plenty of servers and there was no wait! Easy check In and out.
