It is not a luxry hotel, but it is clean and warm, with all you need. It is 600 meters to bus terminal.The owner is very nice, if the owner did not knocked on my door, I would missed my bus as my phone still show summer time (an hr behind.).

This was a perfect, one night stay in Natales before heading to Argentina. The staff was friendly and helpful and will make you breakfast to go if you need to leave before it’s served. The room was cozy and clean. If you have a car, be sure to ask about parking, we got a ticket on an unmarked street when parked for just about 10 minutes! Overall though, excellent place to stay.

Very comfortable accomodation. Great staff. Clean. Great breakfast. Easy walk to bus station. Good shopping and dining nearby. Would definitely stay there again and recommend highly.

The owners were so nice and hospitable. They really went out of their way to make my wife and I feel welcome.
The rooms were cosy and clean. The bed and bed sheets were divine that I slept like a baby.
They deserve all the praise they can get. Well done!
