The property is well located with a great view. However, at arrival, I found out the two rooms were not placed together as requested during the reservation. Hotel staff had to fix the rooms locations, but took 4 hours to get it resolved. Área where rooms were located was under renovation and one of the rooms had no hot water in the showers and the other room had a cracked window and poorly maintained window.

The staff and service is excellent. The facilities is quiet older than the pictures online. The view to the sea is perfect!

The property is old and outdated. The room and bathroom were not clean. The hotel staff was not very helpful. We did not stay the night. We left within 2 hours of checking in.

I was probably the only American at the property at the time but I was definitely the only person of color there. The staff was great to me and made me feel welcome. The bar staff was really great! The bartender Robson was super! He made the best cocktails! Overall my stay was outstanding. The food was always good and the drinks were always right!
