Sad

No wifi in room although it said free wifi. No breakfast when it says bed and breakfast. it is pricey for the room’s condition and overall service. There is plenty of room for improvement.

Nice try but no

The staff are great warm accommodating - the quintessential Filipino hospitality willing to help understanding but not obtrusive. Breakfast and coffee good. Swimming pool a blessing. If you need an immediate place to sleep and no where to go you might consider this hotel. However, there is no water many times. Toilet cleanliness not so good because the airconditioning exhaust in our room is inside the bathroom. The location is far from "civilization" in a not so nice way. Foreigners may be a little disconcerted if they arrive late. Hope they improve. The heart is in the right place they did the best they could.

Too secluded delapidated

Not worth the price. More of a pension house. Difficult to find. Single bed for twin sharing is only as big as a cot.

i stayed here with my family and we are hoping we will enjoy our stay in the hotel but its totally disaster. They have 2 pool(1big square for adults and 1small square for kids). the pool was filled with too much chlorine..the room is okay but they have poor service. they dont have rugs on the floor thats why after swimming our room is like a pond. We asked for it but they delivered just one. before sleeping they asked us already our breakfast meals and their reason is that they could prepare it. we went to their restaurant and still we waited for almost an hour for our food. They were even serving it little by little"tingi tingi" (one plate with 2loaves with one egg and later they will serve the bacon and later they will serve The butter and jam).. they were not prepared at all.. the food was not that tasty..they even served us with broken glass.. ite not worth the penny.. and the foods are very expensive!!!!!! we wasted our money and time at this place :(

Great Customer Service

Pros: Gazebo and pool
Cons: Sufficient Breakfast especially if there's full house reservation
Location: Buy the property lot outside the resort so people can easily find the hotel and not have to go through the narrow passageway
Finding the place could be challenging, but the signages were very helpful. There's a very narrow road leading to the parking lot so you gotta go really slow especially for larger vehicles. We were warmly welcomed by the staff and lady owner, they're such a nice bunch of people. Pool was great, we just wish there was heater in the jacuzzi since the water temp was a lot cooler in it than the swimming pool. The rooms are a bit rustic. We stayed in 2 family connecting rooms and a triple connecting rooms as well, one on the ground floor and the 2nd floor. We were the biggest group with 4 kids, and 8 adults. The gazebo across the pool is probably the best feature of the place, where you can just lie around, relax after a swim, bond with your family, and have food from the restaurant delivered. Wifi signal good enough. Food was a bit pricey but that's the deal about this hotel. The worst part is breakfast. We all headed to the restaurant at the 3rd level next morning around 7:30am. Unfortunately the food trays were getting empty while a long line still stands in queue. They even ran out of coffee cups and most of us did not have a chance to eat except for a few pieces of bread. A staff came from the kitchen with a few freshly fried eggs and hot dogs which I distributed to the kids but still left a lot us hungry. We checked out early at 9am and we were even asked to pay for additional 250 pesos for 3 people for the breakfast since they weren't covered in the room rates
