"Our room was not clean to a standard I would hold Hyatt to. There were stains on the curtains, rug and sofa. The bathroom was horrible. I am glad we only stayed one night. Would not return or recommend. The staff was very polite and accommodating but the property was not as expected or advertised. "

"Let me start by saying I never write reviews for hotels. With this being a decently rated hotel I just had to get on here and say I do not understand the rating this place has. Check-in was easy and the front desk worker was friendly enough. The room, unfortunately was pretty terrible. The faux leather chair in the corner was peeling massively, and a previous guest had drawn cartoons all over it with an ink pen. There was no soap and the tops of the soap dispenser and any other bathroom amenities were caked with dust and sticky. The remote control was also extremely sticky. The TV didn’t work at first, and I eventually figured out that the satellite was plugged into the wrong HDMI port. The floors were also pretty sticky and we found some hairs in the beds. Honestly, I didn’t even make it to the bathroom because the rest of the room was pretty rough, so I can’t comment on the state of the bathroom. Unfortunately, I booked the nonrefundable rate because we were needing a room in a pinch, but decided to just eat the cost and stay elsewhere because we had children with us and the rooms just did not feel clean enough to have my children sleeping in. We really are not very picky people, and have stayed in some less than perfect hotel rooms in the past, but this one just really was too much for us. Which is unfortunate, because it really is in a great location with close proximity to Franklin and Nashville."

"We found a bed bug under our pillow on the first night. The manager moved us to another room the next day and refunded just one night. We didn’t really have other options, so we stayed two more nights—but honestly, we would’ve left if we could. Everything else was just okay—nothing terrible, nothing great. But the bed bug was a big deal for us and really ruined the stay. We won’t be coming back."

"The room I booked was based on the photos when booking online. The room was not at all what I booked. I received a room that had stains on carpet and bed as well as holes in the walls. It did not feel safe there. I was deeply disappointed. we decided we could not stay there so we went to Holiday Inn. thanks."

"Stayed 1 night. Room was not clean but the bed was. There was dirty silverware in the drawers. A lot of dust on the top of the refrigerator and the floor had not been swept. All of that aside, the bed was soooo comfortable. Area was quiet considering its run down condition. Parking was fine. Didn't try any amenities."
