Staff was exceptional. I had a problem with the booking thru a third party. Q stood out with the help that I needed to fix the problem. She went above and beyond what was expected. Very nice and clean hotel. Excellent proximity to restaurants and shopping. Our only downside is comfort! Only a single office chair in the room. Timed bathroom light that throws one into darkness during shower or just using the commode. Single hooks on the wall for clothe hanging. The hotel in our experience is uncomfortable for long stay. Maybe just overnight stay could be ideal.

It was a very clean room and super easy to check in. Ground floor room - every time someone used a faucet or flushed it sounded like the room was being flooded. Be prepared if you are by an exit door for a lot of slamming doors. Breakfast was just okay.
