2nd Ave closed for repairs, so loading and unloading was a bit of a challenge, no fault of property management. Great location. Stones throw to Broadway. Would stay there again.

Great location. Comfy beds, super cute loft. The place definitely needs more mirrors and maybe an exterminator. Saw 2 cockroaches while we were there.

Could not ask for a better location! The unit is well stocked with kitchen utensils & extra pillows. The beds were comfy ( with the exception of a couple of slats that had fallen through the frame). As far as cleanliness, it was “ok.” There was a huge stain on the living room futon, moldy shower curtain,stained carpet, and dust all over the wall & back of the door in one of the bedrooms. However, it was just fine for our 1 night stay celebrating a 50th birthday, and would stay there again.

So close to Broadway!!!

The loft was filthy! We had to sweep and mop floors with a towel and dish soap after seeing our socks. We pulled the couch out to sweep. They do not clean behind. We did not even use the couch or throw blanket. Dirty!! Rug under coffee table was stained and disgusting! We rolled it up and put in corner. Upstairs carpet was just as stained. Beds were comfortable and location was awesome.

This was a great location for night life and tour operators were within walking distance. Check in was difficult. Code given by the management company didn't work at 3 PM checin time. Company couldn't be reached by phone. Spent an hour on the phone, much of it on hold, with Travelocity. Meanwhile 3 seniors stood on the street with luggage and groceries. Finally got in about an hour later. Unit was fairly clean and we enjoyed our stay.

Disappointed

When we arrived, the door to our unit would not unlock. I had to call in for assistance. It was stuck. After entering we found a leak from the ceiling above the only toilet in the house. I immediately called and reported it. We left after that to attend a concert. When we arrived back at the loft, it was raining and obviously leaking. Try using the restroom with brown water dripping down your back. Not fun. Also, the air conditioning did not keep it cool. It's a very cool looking place but needs to be taken care of.

We are sorry to hear that your stay was not up to your standards. Our locks are set to have each individual code code live at 3pm, when checking in prior to that the code does not work. Nashville has had heavy rain for a few weeks, with heavy rain comes potential roof leaks that are out side of our control. Upon receiving the complaint from the guest we did have a maintenance person at the unit within 30 min. We strive to be the best hosts and appreciate the change to make each stay a 5 star stay.

The property was not clean, no coffee, dirty shower and moldy shower curtain, underwear in closet, filthy rug, no response from management. When they finally called me they still did nothing. Fire alarm went off at 1:30 and 3:30am. No compensation to help make our stay better night two. Ridiculous.....do not stay here.

We have a team that answers phone calls 24 hours a day, we did speak to this guest about their concerns when checking in. We apologized that the fire alarm went off during their stay, and when checked by our maintenance team the fire alarm was in good and working condition. We are unsure of what was going on in the unit during the reservation to cause the alarm to sound. We feel this is an unfair review as we addressed all concerns the guest had during her say and she was very rude to our customer service team when offering any assistance that was not a monetary refund.
