Great little spot to use as home base. It was clean, secure, nice pool area. It was a great stay. Only reason I didn’t give 5 stars: the shower water is cold, tepid at best

This is the 3rd time I have stayed at a Sonder property. This one met the standard expected except for cleanliness. While it was clean, it wasnt spotless in areas that probably shouldve been common sense to wipe, like counters and the stove knobs. It should also be noted there is in unit laundry, the app folks didnt see to know that piece as I would have packed way lighter had it been confirmed when i asked. Also, the parking was a great option..... read the reviews about this, they are accurate ;)

The hallways were dirty. The pool was out of service although their site said it was open. The shower was dirty, the carpet and walls were dirty. If was unsanitary.

Property was exceptionally clean. The noise level was loud with emergency vehicles and helicopter pad being across the street at Vanderbilt Hospital. Really enjoyed the walkable neighborhoods and Vanderbilt Campus.

Great stay with Sonder! The only thing was that the beds were a bit uncomfortable :( and no body wash in the bathrooms! Otherwise great stay!
