I really enjoyed the exclusivity of the property. I didn’t find the need to leave much because everything was in the building - gym and pool specifically. The pool area is amazing and very comfortable. The gym was really clean and had great machines. My room also had everything that I needed. My only complaint is the smell of the unit - it smells like drainage.

Very nice property… close to Broadway and other downtown areas. Everything was clean and well maintained. More than enough space for 2 people to spend multiple days in.

The front desk lady it was super rude and don’t have any customers services and don’t care about it . Please figure up because all around it was great , but she it was so bad

Overall a great experience . The unit was very bright in the morning and the water pressure was a little lacking. Overall
Though it was a great unit.
It was my first time a now that I understand the processes it will be easy.

The property parking numbers were hard to read. The property itself was a little run down but in a good location. The apartment was dirty. Shower not cleaned, couch had drink spills, floors dirty and towels had stains. Probably wouldn’t stay there again if we found another place around the same price.

Upon arriving after an 18-hour drive, I was SO impressed. The check-in process was so easy, the parking was also easy and conveniently located close to my unit. I was so grateful that at 1am, it was a smooth process. Also, there were plenty of spots in the parking garage AND it was a rainy night so being able to go from the garage to the unit without getting all my things wet was a huge plus!
The unit was SO much bigger and nicer than I expected. The pictures definitely don’t do it justice. There was a full sized fridge, washer/dryer, and an incredible view. You are truly walking distance from all the action.
The next day is when I starts to notice some of the issues. The place smelled like they had just painted so we work up with headaches that never went away during our entire stay because the smell was strong and never faded or aired out. The Wi-Fi never worked for us, despite being sent instructions and then later reaching out to tell them about the Wi-Fi issue. This meant that the TVs didn’t work and you couldn’t even stream anything of your own. I also noticed a puddle of water near the toilet and realized the toilet was leaking and would wet the floor every time you flush. Despite notifying them, no one came to fix it. Lastly, the building fobs/access codes stopped working the day before our trip was over. We were locked out with about 8 other people who all had the same thing happen to them until someone’s friend was able to come down and let us all in.
