Air conditioning unit very noisy. Bath tub has rust and water temperature difficult to control and water pressure very weak. The staff were amazing though.

No swimming pool as promised, I want my compensation for this. I am not fool to pay extra money for pool and later on NO POOL

Comfortable room with fridge and microwave. Convenient to shops/restaurants. Front desk…especially Randy, are very nice and helpful.

The staff at check in was helpful. How ever the staff at checkout seemed to be overwhelmed.
