Unfortunately, last evening and air conditioner in the facility caught on fire and the building was evacuated and we had multiple emergency equipment here. We were out of the facility for over two hours. After re-entering the Hotel, we were reassigned a different room because of water problems in the area we had checked in initially. I know they didn’t plan to have an air conditioner go bad but it was a pretty big inconvenience.

Cockroaches in our room. Requested new room which was filled with smoke. Midnight to 4am there were drunken idiots screaming, fighting and beating on doors. Called front desk and they said they can't do anything about them. Will not be returning.

I like the location, which is close to Nashville without be right downtown where traffic is horrendous. They have a shuttle bus that leaves every 30 minutes or so. My room had a beautiful view of the city, except the windows are dirty so that kind of subtracted from the view. Bed was extremely comfortable and room amenities are adequate.

Had to change rooms before bedtime; bathtub gurgled up lots of ick and I didn’t even use the shower. First room’s phone was also totally disconnected; Had to use my cell phone to call the front desk re: the bathtub ick. Second assigned room was very nice.

Needs lot of maintenance. Convenience fee is a joke. Light in room did not work. Parking trrrible. Not convient. Banquet hood dry and overpriced. Hotel was overpriced feed not disclosed before bookinh
