Overall this stay was good. Brenda especially was fantastic!! Front desk staff were friendly and helpful.

We stay here all the time on our way to and from long road trips. Brenda Lee in the lobby/breakfast area is one of the main reasons we come back here every time. She is so kind, helpful, personable, compassionate, and hard working. We are also obsessed with the pancake machine! This hotel is so clean and nice. We are absolutely comfortable every visit!

Advertising a breakfast. Tell you it’s a continental breakfast when you sign in.
Actual breakfast could be better.

The property was clean. And room was very clean. The carpets in the hallways were filthy. I need to be cleaned. Breakfast was adequate but lacking protein. Check-in was good. Elevators were clean and fast.

The suite was beautiful! The people working were very nice. I would stay there again if I was ever in Murphysboro.

The front desk staff were not very friendly.
We only had 2 bath towels in a room that could sleep up to 6. When we asked for more towels we were told we would have to bring our 2 dirty towels down to exchange them. We were checked out of room accidentally, so while we were still getting ready, house keeping came into the room. She was kind and apologized, and showed where she had been told the room was empty. The breakfast was extremely lacking and while the lady working it was very kind, there were not many choices for anything warm. The juice machine was broken.
