My husband and I were disappointed with this hotel. I expected a more classy place for Hyatt. Very dirty floor in the entryway, dead cockroack in the bathroom, torn curtains that gathered on top of the AC unit. Then there were very loud and boisterous people in the lobby that we could hear down the hall to our room. I just expected more from Hyatt.

Another hotel canceled my booking, which was rebooked by a third party. When I arrived around ten o'clock in the morning, instead of responding something like, "You can't check in until 3 p.m.," the lady at the front desk, despite helping other customers, could still find time to check the variability for me, who was arriving from a long overnight flight and had to spend three hours at a BNA to get a car rental opened.

It’s simple and clean but does need an overhaul or a refresh. I don’t think hotels should use carpets anymore

it’s upsetting to see hotel like this to start charging $9 for parking after customer already booked a room. Their parking lot has been there for years and now they decided to start making money on it. will try to avoid in the future, hotel that doesn’t provide shuttle to the airport should not charge parking or needs to specify on expedia web site
