The hotel I don’t mind I stay at Hyatt on Canada oftn for work. However they told us bacon in the breakfast buffet and it wasn’t it was bacon crumble which is very different from when people expect. The room we had was by the elevator and the elevator made a terrible banging sound every time it opened and closed making it difficult to sleep and kept me awake a lot.
The restaurant is closed cause they don’t have staff which should have been posted not making us plan and then get down and told nope sorry.

I liked the proximity to the airport, but the property looks tired and needs a remodel. The Hyatt Place brand has always felt sleek and clean and this property was dirty, had a bunch of boxes in the lobby area and they were understaffed.

This was a nice property with only one exception…. There weee bird outside our 5th floor window chirping the entire night. Yes, night. Did not sleep at all. Staff was super friendly.

Towels were clean. But my bed and pillow had long hairs when we entered the room. Looks like they didn’t change the sheets and pillow covers. Carpet had stains. Very limited breakfast options. Our stay was Ok!
