Stayed four days and was suppose clean room every other day. Left tip and that was taken and room was not cleaned during entire stay.

Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry to hear of your bad experience while staying at out hotel. Upon further investigation, your room did not get cleaned because you had you "Do Not Disturb" sign up the entire stay. I interrogated the door lock and no one entered the room during your stay. The only keys to hit the lock were your personal guest keys from the day you checked in unto the day you checked out. I was the Manager on Duty 3 out of the 4 days you were here and personally noticed the "Do Not Disturb" sign on your door. We do hope you will give us another opportunity to host you should your future travels bring you to Franklin.

It was a very pleasant,comfortable stay. Met all of our expectations, plus. Will stay there again in the future.

It was easy to get in and out of, the room was clean although we had to ask for extra towels. We stayed for 2 days and were told that they didn’t have housekeeping staff everyday. They only clean the rooms every other day. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.

The room and lobby were clean. The first thing we do going into a hotel is heck the corners of the elevators to see if they are clean and the carpets and floors in the lobby. The lobby was ok, the elevator corners were dirty. Happy to say The room was clean.
