What I didn’t know when I booked is that this property is currently under construction/renovation but it was almost ready to reopen- apparently the rooms are all done and so they are open but just for the rooms. But if that’s all you need, I felt like I was in a Four Seasons room! I mean it is brand spanking new with all the latest accoutrements. The shower is fabulous, the bedding top notch. I loved it, and to think I only booked it because it was the cheapest room in town, I felt like I got a steal!

If you’re booking third party know that the hotel is under renovations and is highly inconvenient right now. Enter thru the back and check in at a pop up host stand, enter through the back service elevator to get to room. Construction is everywhere in the building and all amenities are closed. Very frustrating and inconvenient for guests.

Everything was great! Some minor issues with their current remodel that I’m sure will be fixed when the remodel is completed.

Under construction. Well marked. Must use back door and service elevator. Minor inconvenience. Staff has been friendly and accommodating.

Wow, this was a great place to stay. Even though their facility/ lobby was under construction, they had a well planned layout/flow for clients. Elevator was the staff elevator but we never had to wait even though we were on the 8th floor. The room was great. All 8 floors are remodeled just lobby and pool left. Shower was outstanding & bedcould not have been better. Staff was friendly and went out of their way to make our stay great.

Staff friendly, room was fine.
No breakfast available as major scheduled renos in progress that we not informed of prior to booking or arriving.

It was under construction. No breakfast service except a frozen grab and go box. Lobby under construction so no easy entrance. Elevators not working so had to use the service elevator. The rooms had been recently updated and were nice but very small and already had some fixtures not working. The deadbolt on our room did not work.
