We had a terrible stay. We were on the 20th floor. The roof right above our room was being repaired started 6:50am. Using jackhammers sound was extreme it ruined our vacation. We complained but front desk and mangers didn’t care. They should have moved us to another room plus told us when we got booked.

It would have been nice to know that there were only two options for parking. Valet or public parking which was pretty inconvenient. I was shocked it was not offered to validate the parking.

Great location to walk to all the bars on Broadway and the music city hall of fame. Clean hotel and love the free happy hour everyday to include snacks. I would highly recommend this place.

Comfortable beds, clean rooms, great complimentary breakfast, and happy hour. The only inconvenience was the elevators could not keep up- long elevator waits. We are not opposed to stairs at all but being on the 19th floor, we only made that trek up and down once.

I would give perfect rating except we were there for CMA fest 4 days Thurs through Sunday which gets over midnight on Monday; woke up to find out breakfast for guests on Monday ended at 9:30 instead of 11:00 for weekends.

A group of 6 of us stayed in a suite and it was a perfect size ! The staff were amazing and friendly ! Very close to broadway where all the fun is :)

Dirty dishes sat in the hallway for over 24 hours. Wait on elevators is insanely long. The SHORTEST wait was 17 minutes. Then when using the stairs, unable to exit without room key. Hotel is convenient, but average at best.
