The staff was friendly and apologized for the mess. However, we specifically chose this hotel for the indoor pool and hot tub. The first floor was going through a renovation and was closed. The walls are extremely thin. We could hear the room next to us. Could clearly hear them having conversations on the phone. Could hear the voice of the person on the speaker phone too.
