This is a very large conference hotel, but the staff makes guests feel like they are in a much smaller hotel. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming, and I received several messages from the front desk asking how the stay was going and volunteering to help in any way. Breakfast buffet was both plentiful and delicious. I especially enjoyed the omelette station.

Public areas of the hotel were well maintained and nice looking. The rooms were outdated and condition was mediocre. Pull out couch was not comfortable at all and the mattress was old and uncomfortable. Bedroom curtains had holes on them so light was popping thru all over. There was a broken cracked chair. Bathroom has a bathtub with a shower so outdated and tub was slippery. Shower curtain had rips at the top and water leaked on the floor making a mess. Room was spacious enough. Breakfast was great and 2 free drinks was nice too. Pool was very cold but the pool room was a sauna

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The bed was cozy, the atmosphere was relaxing, and everything I needed was easily available. The staff was friendly and welcoming, making the experience even better. I also appreciated how quiet and peaceful the hotel was, which made it easy to rest and enjoy my stay. Overall, it was a great experience and I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others!
