The bathtub was so dirty,the room was kept in poor condition I could barely open the door to the room because the handle was almost off the henges

Booked 2 nights via expedia.com back on March 7th. When I arrived, I was informed that I was only booked for 1 night. Even though I had confirmation of reservation, no one (meaning Days Inn staff or Expedia rep) could tell me how my reservation managed to get cut to 1 day only. Luckily, the manager happened to be on property late the night of our arrival. He was able to work it out and book me another night but the rate was about $35 more than what I had booked the reservation for. After a 3.5 hr travel, this was disappointing to have to deal with at 10pm. The room was hot and humid throughout the entire stay. Compared to rates at other hotels in the area, fair stay for the money.

Property was difficult to find. The environment is very unappealing. Locks on doors are flimsy and don't give good sense of security. Sheets were dirty with spots and frays in them. Even found hairs on the sheets. Mattress was terrible and you could feel the springs. I could not stay and tried to get a refund but of course they refused. Please reconsider before booking with them!!!

We didn’t even check in. We pulled in the parking lot and got scared just looking at the rif raf hanging about. Tried to call 3 times, got nothing but a machine. Rooms were boarded up with plywood…..the pictures on Expedia were grossly misleading, not even pictures of the same property . Horrible!!!

room smelled so bad that i couldnt go to sleep. stay away from this place!

Hi Chan,You didn't stay at this hotel Chan. I love when guest leave reviews to help us know where we need to improve but when a person make up a post just because they fill like it and didn't stay with us. Please channel your anger towards the correct hotel.

My first clue that this was in an unsafe area was that the front desk person handed us a physical key instead of a key card to enter our room. We went into the room and the bed was soaking wet, the toilet was loose and the furniture was ripped. The person at the front desk was helpful, but it didn’t make a difference. Do not stay here!

Hey JillThis is Duane the manager at Days Inn. The only reason the room you were assign to had a regular key not because the hotel isn't safe its a safe place your right in the middle of 2 main police precincts also the property has 12 closed circuit cameras that is views 24/7. you enter the room and was in there for about 20 minutes and then came and ask for a new top blanket and it was provided for you. I do room checks everyday and that bed was clean. I don't know what happen while you and your guest were in the room. I do value all of the guest that's choose to stay with use. if the bed wasn't we due to you when y'all checked in I don't think you would've came to get a new blanket you would've just left.
