We have stayed in this Marriott for several years as it is in close proximity to family as well as the Iroquois Steeplechase grounds at Percy Warner -;t This Marriott is not inexpensive This year was a disappointment - *Parking inconvenience and 30$ per night *Housekeeping every other day *Towels like sandpaper *No bottled water in rooms *No mini bar *No safe *No bathrobes *Requested a non-down pillow, was not provided The physical plant itself was clean and offered a courtyard with a fire pit For the cost of a 2 nite stay we will choose elsewhere next year **The facilitie

Location is nice and staff was very friendly. My only complaints are that the water pressure is horrible and the AC in the room did not work. I would have called to switch rooms but by the time I realized that it was not working, it was too late at night.

Mattress in the room needs to be replaced, it was very saggy. Shower water would not get hot-no one likes a cold shower.

After paying over $300.00 for one night, they also charged us $32.00 to park!! For us grandparents on a fixed income, that’s a lot to pay for one night just so we could attend our granddaughters “SINGARAMA” at Lipscomb University!! The hotel was certainly nice and clean and quiet and comfortable. But, they didn’t even have free breakfast.

Great place. We stay here often. Clean w/ kind staff Only downside is water doesn’t get hot.
