Property Manager has a terrible attitude & tried to barge into my room in the morning while getting dressed. Once we addressed the issue at hand, she tried to put us out our room & threatened to call the police. Will never stay here again!

Other than the bathroom needing some work the overall stay was quite enjoyable

The staff wasn't overly friendly. The free breakfast was one reason I picked this hotel. We were very disappointed as it was only cereal.

Tv did not work. Man who was in the dining area during breakfast made several women uncomfortable by hovering over them as they were trying to make breakfast.

My room smell very bad, the carpet was never cleaned. My white socks turned black after walking in the room. I had cracked sink bathroom is dirty especially the corners of the tub and the ceiling. The mini couch was wet and soaked. Just very disgusting. It was non refundable reservation so I can not make a change. The workers here are mostly from the Middle East. The guy that takes care of the breakfast watches you like a hawk make sure you don’t take food out of the breakfast area. Just not comfortable to eat. There is a Waffle Works next to the hotel. I go there instead for breakfast because the hotel does not serve any kind of protein not even a cheap scrambled eggs. I am diabetic and I can not eat all that carbs they serve. White bread, bagels and cereals and waffles.

Made a reservation and had to cancel about an hour after making reservation. Would not answer the phone for Expedia, so I Went up to the front desk and the manager here not only yelled and argued with me while talking over me, but called me a racist and pointed out to me that he was a different skin color than I and wasn’t even from this country. I’m appalled at the management here. It’s Memorial Day and I’m a marine corps veteran. I was treated with the utmost disrespect all because they did not want to refund. Still have not received my refund. This is after watching another person in line deal with the front desk difficulty in cancelation and getting his money back as well before me. Absolutely Unbelievable.
