Staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are run down and the furniture is old. Tv and phone did not work. Curtains are stained and the carpets are old. Poor breakfast. Quality/price is above average though, but mentioning all the problems that should be fixed for customers to book longer stays or to return.

Property was convenient to our needs , except we where without hot water for 3 mornings. On the 1st morning I mentioned this to the desk , they acknowledged and said they had no other complaints and brushed it off ,as a one off. The second morning I, mentioned it again and they where apologised for inconvenience as other people where complaining. The following morning I left early and rang bell to let them know I was leaving, they told me someone would always be around, no response. I didn’t make it a big issue as in the afternoon / evening the hotwater was on. Luckily I took the opportunity. Not once did they inform me of any hot water issues , or say can we offer a complementary dinner.

Nice place to stay. Was a bit over priced for the Easter long weekend but otherwise ok.

It's a value for price accomodation. For 246-ish AUD we had one family room breakfast.

Staff were helpful and friendly. No bed side tables or lights. A bit difficult to navigate round the property. Room numbers were not well displayed.

The property is a little dated with some rough finishings in the roon. However, the staff were super friendly and the hotel is in a great spot.
