The front desk staff was helpful and the hotel is very close to train station, easy to get to Narita airport!

All of us at Richmond Hotel Narita are very pleased to hear that.As you mentioned, it is only a 10-minute train ride from our hotel to Narita Airport, but we also offer a free shuttle bus service from our hotel to Narita Airport every day.The shuttle bus runs every hour starting at 6:40 AM. There are only five shuttle buses in the morning, so we can accommodate your convenience. Please let us know if there is a time that is convenient for you. Please use the shuttle bus when it is convenient for you. Comfortable hotel. A little dated but under going renovations so it will be much better soon.

Nice room and quick stay between train arrival and airport departure. Walkable from Narita station, super easy to find.
