Seriously moldy problem can be seen at shower corner and between toilet and lid. bad smoking smell inside room.

Price starts as good but property is on top of everything for a holiday or organising start off location. There is good walking nearby to beautiful areas to keep fit and open up your Japan agenda. Great and helpful extras too with posh breakfast by a lovely hotel garden and pond.

Restaurant was closed for dinner. There was no restaurants near by.

Great price per night for simple, basic accom. Accommodating staff. Temp control/ heat in room insufficient. Hot water in shower insufficient. Bus schedule to airport and shopping areas insufficient.
