Staff were helpful, knowledgeable and friendly.
Shuttle bus service to airport, station and shopping mall is excellent.
Buffet Breakfast was international and Garden outlook.

The breakfast buffet was amazing. Even had a vitamin selection. Very convenient. I loved it.

Excellent restaurant especially the sky garden. Great selection for breakfast. The room was very spacious in fact maybe the biggest room I ever stayed in Japan. Floor 8... Nice view from my room of flights landing at Narita airport.

The best staffs ever! Especially bell captain service staffs are great. I will repeat this hotel when I use Narita Airport. Frequent shuttle bus schedule is very convenient and helps saving money for taxi to the airport.

Unexpectedly, we had our best night of sleep here, which was at the end of two weeks in Japan! The hotel is older and is in a pretty desolate area near the airport, but it is quiet, the rooms are large, and the beds are comfortable. The hotel shuttle was so convenient, and the staff was helpful. The breakfast buffet was very large and worth the money (plus, there are really no choices in the area). If you have to stay close to Narita Airport, this is an easy recommendation.

Great hotel! Free transportation to and from airport which was very nice. Large hotel so it did have multiple choices for dinning. Not to mention a Lawsons for convenience on adult beverages and late night snacks. Very clean hotel and quiet. The had windows that open! None of the other hotels had this. I love fresh air to sleep. They accommodated us with an extra bed and night gowns. Larger shower and bathroom area. Had tv in which you can log into Netflix or other streaming services. Will absolutely stay here again!

Really lovely hotel that is comfortable and has all the amenities while being affordable. There is a 24h Lawson in the hotel and a couple of restaurants for dining. Would totally come back again.

Really nice staff and very clean hotel! Plus the food options were plenty and a they have a convenience store! They also had a shuttle to the airport which was great. Highly recommend!

I’ve stayed there many times and each time it’s been the same high quality service to the guests. It’s close to Narita, convenient and easy to get to. The rooms are always clean, well kept and made specifically for the guests staying there.
