Very small room but I slept well. The bed was comfy and very convenient to get around.

It is easy to access to transportation. The stuff that receptionist is not helpful.

The rooms were dirty.
I booked this hotel was because they have the shuttles to the airport but no shuttles were operating between 10:30 and 4:30.

We were a couple traveling with bikes. The staff went above and beyond to help us figure out if our bike boxes would fit on the morning shuttle to the airport. They did. They also arranged to store them in the lobby as our room wasn’t large enough to accommodate them. All worked smoothly the morning of our flight.

I like onsen facility and good to transport to the airport by free bus.
