For me, the best thing about this property was the convenience. I was flying from Hawaii to Kuala Lumpur and mistakenly booked a flight that landed in Haneda but my flight to KLIA left from Narita. I had to take the train from Haneda to Narita. The APA Hotel was right outside the train station and the next morning, the APA Hotel bus took me right to my terminal at Narita airport. The staff was very nice and helpful even though I had arrived very late in the evening. I couldn’t have asked for anything more to ease the anxiety I had caused for myself. In the future, I will not worry about making this mistake again because of the APA Hotel. Thank you.

Rooms are very small for North American standards. Beds are very comfortable and the room have nice amenities. Large TV but only 1 English Channel. No problem mirroring from other device. 2 twin bed units are larger s.f. Id recommend those rooms for a couple. Hotel is within a few meters to train stations.
