Blue Wren cottage was perfect for our holiday, quiet but near the beach. Hosts were fabulous and they had thought of a lot of additional things to make your stay that much better. We had a picnic hamper at our disposal, all the cooking items you require and more!
Would highly recommend for that perfect holiday getaway

Overall a comfortable stay for a great holiday
Posted 29 Oct 2023 on HotelsBeautiful gardens, with lots of birds to watch. About 30 minutes from the main town (for supermarkets, etc), but lovely area and beaches, if the weather is right. We had a lot of rain and wind, so only went down to the beach once.
Everything you need if you want to self-cater is included, as well as nice touches like some local cheese. The beds were comfortable, and no issues with the wifi.

This cottage was delightful. Our hosts Angie and Bob were helpful, friendly, and generous. We had a wonderful stay and really could not fault anything.

The Perfect Getaway!
Posted 26 Nov 2019 on HotelsFrom the moment I entered the gates, I knew I had made the right decision! The cottages are across the road from the beach providing the perfect view. Bob and Angie were so welcoming, and so was my cottage. It was warm and cosy and quirky! There were cheese and crackers provided and port to sip by the warmth of the heater at night. The name of my cottage as blue wren, which was appropriate as I enjoyed sitting by the window, watching the wrens dance around the garden. At night, there are beautiful lights lighting up the garden. I was so relaxed, it was very hard to leave! I will be back :)
