Beautiful, clean and comfortable hotel. The hotel is located in a pretty sketchy area, and the surrounding streets were filled with mountains of garbage.

The hotel is beautiful, clean, comfortable and the staff is super nice. It’s a short walk from the train station and from Centro Storico. But to get to either, you’re walking through a not so nice neighborhood filled with police, which should make it safe. Pool on top of the building with a bar and breakfast was really nice. It seems like they might be first of an attempt to renew the neighborhood.

Area around property was not safe and even the staff said that.
Room was dirty, stains on sheets :(
Bartender staff was super sweet and attentive.

Very comfortable and clean room. Fabulous shower. The staff were lovely too. Continental breakfast was superb. Roof top bar area and plunge pool were a lovely extra.
Area around hotel not great, but its not hotels fault.
General street cleanliness around Naples is very poor.
As a non smoker I find the act of smoking offensive, along with the disposal of cigarette ends. Which were unfortunately disposed of in the planters hanging off our balconies.

The staff is nice. Location is very closed to the train central station. Room is very nice and comfy.
