The Front desk staff were awesome. Upgraded to a suite. The power shower is definitely a plus. On the downside was the noise on our last night ( party goers and perhaps garbage truck collection?????) it was impossible to sleep.

Hotel is very nice with a nice restaurant next door.
The spa is 5* well worth a visit
