The Hotel facilities in general are very good and the reception staff are very friendly. The only problem is that the person who works in the Hotel bar decided on his own to close the bar yesterday Saturday and not provide us with service before the established time. It was only 9pm when we went to the bar, which had no customers at that time and he said he wouldn't serve and closed the bar.

The property was well situated. It was clean and comfortable. Sadly, the front desk staff were not so good. They attempted to put us in a room that looked down on the HVAC for the whole property rather than with a view of the pool. They were very haughty when I explained I paid extra for to be over the pool. Eventually the problem was resolved, but the reaction to my concern (which I expressed politely) was very inappropriate.

We loved the hotel and our room. But we wish our room included a microwaves because going downstairs to the lobby to heat up our food was a bit of an inconvenience.

Pool looked nice, air conditioner worked great, friendly staff. Things that could be better, door was difficult to open, tv reception was not great and the water pressure was low
