Close to downtown Napa, quiet and clean.

Property has a lot to offer on site for convenience. Room was very nice. Wanted to charge a $90 early check-in fee, which I had never heard of, so I declined.

A little way from downtown Napa, beautiful and details to perfection

Nice grounds and amenities, TERRIBLE SERVICE. Front desk was clearly understaffed. Line was very long and slow at all hours of the day. I asked the lady who checked me in which way to go to my room. Her response - “I think it’s that way.” Any time I tried to call front desk no answer. The TV in my room didn’t work and I couldn’t get anyone to answer me on the phone or via the chat bot. Restaurant food was ok, service was slow and unfriendly. Generally, there seems to be a staffing and management issue.

Service needs to be improved all around but especially at Cafe Blend.
