Air conditioning was very loud and kept us awake the first night , requested another room . Front desk staff was very rude when handling this matter . Refrigerator leaked a large puddle of water .

We had an amazing time. Big spacious room, friendly attentive staff, great bakery and restaurant, big gym with lots of equipment. Resort had everything we were looking for.

Ive been coming to Napa for years, so i knew that Silverado Inn was the original resort in Napa Valley. Its been refurbished and very pleasant. The "cottage" rooms are hotel rooms, but a good value with a great location.
