We hadca roadside emergency and couldn't check in. Lost our money

Charged us another $200 when we arrived because of a marketing error on their end where their third party apps to they would not allow us to put more than 2 people in the room for a Family Suite. They would not meet in the middle at all for the situation and were too afraid to speak to the manager. The next day they promised us at breakfast they would have the manager alleviate or speak to us to see what he can do and they never did anything. We had already paid $400 for a room for one night and we ended up having to pay $600. The tv and remote were partially broken and very hard to use.

Good location, old plumbing produced rusty water when running the tap hot.

It was the worse hotel stay we've had in a few years. The room was incredibly small, although that wasn't our biggest problem. I have sciatica and have to use a cane to get around. We were put in the top floor with many stairs and railings that were very loose which might have been dangerous for me as i need to use them. No warning was given about this. There are only 3 parking spaces on the property so we had to park on the street a ways away. Our bathroom had very, very low water pressure so it took forever to complete our showers and to make matters worse the hot water kept fluctuating. Either it was too hot or when trying to balance it with the cold water, then it became all cold. The toilet paper holder was broken and the toilet paper was put in a basket on the floor. There were holes in the bathroom wall and door and were very plastered over very sloppy. And finally, the maid walked in on me just as i got out of the bathroom and was naked, even though the do not disturb sign was on the door outside. Maybe she got a thrill, who knows. So bviously, we wont be staying at this dump ever again.

I would like to make sure that I was not charged for the stay because the manager of the Airbnb canceled two days before our reservation, and we had to book a new one at the Hilton due to the inconvenience

This is an Inn. Beautiful old building. I stayed in the family room. Very spacious and clean. Comfy with plenty of sitting areas, fireplace, large TV
