If you enjoy historical, older facilities, this is nice. The common area was beautifully restored. Nice Happy Hour and breakfast. Hot beverages were available 24/7, along with complementary soft drinks. Nice plus. Drawback, if you like modern, this is not for you. The very small TV is in the corner of the room and not really able to view.

The property was a craftsman bungalow, which we had always wanted to stay in. Our room was comfortable and we had a nice outdoor seating area that was private. The
room had a cozy fireplace and they offered a cheese and wine snack in the late afternoon. The breakfast was able
and tasty.
Loved all the architectural details.

Lovely well maintained Craftsman Style house. Parking behind the house. Excellent breakfast daily. Cozy room with comfy bed and outdoor patio. Wine and cheese happy hour each afternoon. So convenient to Napa downtown -walked to Oxbow Market and restaurants.

Very nice little bed and breakfast. Good food in the morning and friendly staff. Clean, comfortable room. Great walkable location to things in downtown Napa.
