Each room is unique. Great hospitality and delicious breakfast every morning. Nothing is standard.

Of course, breakfast is included every day of the stay which was great. It was delicious too!! I highly recommend this property for visits to wine country.

Our stay at 1801 was wonderful! We knew we would be arriving after check-in hours, and the owner was very nice about making arrangements with us to still get our key. The breakfast was wonderful each morning, and their were always cookies out throughout the day for a little snack. The bed and pillows were super comfortable! There is a lovely garden area to enjoy and the lots of pretty hibiscus and orange trees on property. It's also nice easy walk to downtown Napa. Loved it here!

We spent a weekend in Napa and took a chance on a place to stay that we were not familiar with - we have a place to stay now! Shared the info with my family and friends.

Everything about our stay was great, except that we were looking forward to having a fireplace in our room but the fireplace wasn't working. Other than that, all other amenities, the food, the decor, the ambiance - all of it was great! It was a nice, festive place to stay over a holiday weekend!

Outstanding property! Within easy walking distance of downtown Napa and great dining options. Carrie the owner was extremely friendly and attentive. Would highly recommend!!
