Mixed bag

Booked twin rooms, was given double bed. Managed to find twin rooms in the end, thn had to chase for proper bedding (missing sheet & pillow case) and towels (only 1 hand towel). All sorted in the end, concierge was very good, but shouldn't have to experience basic things like those above. Hotel itself fine, feels like student accommodation. Location ok, 15 minute walk into main part of town.

The Hotel was close to the city and shopping center. But it was really complicated to park, and the evening staff was not really friendly and helpful. No clear instructions for the laundry room, so we didn’t find it.

nice long weekend

We went for 4 days to look around Nantes. The Hotel offered free storage for bikes. The staff was correct and helpful. If I planned to travel to Nantes I would be happy to stay here again. Thanks
