Posted 16 May 2016 on HotelsStayed at this hotel for its location. Right beside the tramway and also easy to walk to the centre from Place Viarme.
For a short stay, it is good value for money.
Unfortunately, the previous occupant(s) must have smoked in the room (not the hotel's fault as it is strictly a non-smoking hotel but they ought to do a better job of removing the smell).

Hotel bien situé par rapport au chu, nous y avons passé une nuit car nous étions venus pour la soutenance de thèse de notre fils, le petit déjeuner est très très bien, il est également bien situé pour les gens désireux de découvrir Nantes, un très bon rapport qualité/prix

Attention à vérifier la facture, on facture 2 personnes alors qu'on est seul et ceci est mis sur le compte de Expédia. Régularisation faite. La taille de la chambre est petite, par contre la salle de bains est correcte. L'isolation est très bien, on n'entend pas les voitures ni le tramway si la fenêtre est fermée. Le petit déjeuner est simple. Le tramway est au pied de l’hôtel et on n'est pas à 10 mns à pied des rues piétonnes et du centre (2 stations de tram). Hotel fermé après 21h00 (il faut un code d'entrée fourni à l'accueil); clé magnétique.

Posted 28 Sep 2016 on HotelsHotel simples de rede localizado no centro de Nantes, tem cafe da manha por 6 euros e maquinas de servico com cafe, cha, e alguns petiscos caso nao,queira o cafe buffet. Hotel tem estacionamento a 6 euros a diaria fica no subsolo do predio. Bom para uma passagem rapida , ter lugar para dormir e tomar banho.

Pros: Vlot bereikbaar en op wandelafstand van het centrum.
Cons: Stopcontacten aan het bed om de smartphone op te laden.
