I enjoyed my stay. My room was nice, spacious, clean, and had a good view.The breakfast was nice and had a mix of Western and Eastern cuisine. The only downside is that it isn’t close to a metro station for public transportation.

Deposit money not released
Posted 27 Sep 2023 on HotelsService was pretty good; room was clean. But there were no power outlets for US visitor.
The staffs at lobby was not good with English communications. But there were ok with best efforts to help me.
Biggest problem is that they don't release my deposit of 1000 yuan even after 13 days of my check out.

The hotel is located at the confluence of the Yangzi River and the Qinhuai River, 75% of the hotel's rooms are equipped with outdoor balconies, surrounded by nearly 3,000 square meters of greenery is the natural oxygen bar of the modern city, where it feels cozy and warm, and you are welcome to come back again!

I was taken aback to discover a water leakage issue during my recent stay at a Hilton property, as such occurrences have been quite rare in my previous experiences. The persistent dripping of water resulted in an untidy and unusable bathroom, which was certainly disappointing.
The hotel’s customer service team did attempt to address the situation by offering to relocate me to another room. However, I was not entirely satisfied with the alternative they provided, as the replacement room was situated on a lower floor and had a smaller activity area.
Overall, I must admit that this experience fell short of the impeccable standards I have come to associate with Hilton. As a loyal patron, I had expected a seamless and enjoyable stay, and unfortunately, this particular visit did not meet those expectations.
