Located right around the corner from subway line and many restaurants and shopping! Easy check in (3pm), they kept our bags for us while we waited and when our room was ready they had sent all our luggage and bags in our room waiting for us. That was a really nice touch. They were able to also send our luggage to our next hotel (2 large suitcases cost about 4200 yen). The bed has been the coziest bed so far on our trip in Japan out of 4 other hotels. The room is small but that's not uncommon. The bathroom door opens outward so it's even less space but there's enough room to store bags under the bed. The TV has access to YouTube and other streaming, as well as ability to cast from phone. Bathroom is small, the bath tub is very deep but a condensed size, good for an adult to sit up right in. Good water pressure, very clean hotel. No water in rooms but there's vending machines inside and just outside the hotel. The staff have been very helpful and polite. There are laundry machines on the 2nd floor, where a lounge and vending machine is. Ideal location for those who want to be outside the busy noisy area but still very close to it. There is a nice looking restaurant inside hotel that also offers breakfast buffet. Check out was simple, will Def come back to stay here again!

The service is very poor. Rude staff, very unaccommodating. Front desk is so tactless and doesn't even know how to smile. Restaurant rude, asking you to leave even while you are still not finished eating.
